Nude Foods Market aimed to launch Boulder's first zero-waste grocery store by delivery during lockdown. We developed an app to streamline order packing and delivery, reducing human error.
Employees use the app to pack orders, while delivery drivers view routes and process jar refunds. The system tracks reusable packaging deposits and refunds, with automated notifications for customers and employees — ensuring efficient order management and customer service.
