Description
PRS — Punk Rock Sober is the operational dashboard behind the show. It pulls the whole pipeline into one view: episodes and their production status, guests, transcripts, and the performance numbers that matter (average views, CTR, view-through). Instead of chasing a spreadsheet, the team sees where every episode stands and what needs attention next.
A strategy panel tracks the growth playbook as a running checklist, so editorial work and channel growth live side by side in the same place the episodes do.
What we built
A clean, fast operational dashboard on top of Supabase — episode lifecycle (planned → in production → shipped), per-episode metrics, transcript status, and a strategy/action-item tracker. The result is a single source of truth the team actually opens every day.
