AI & operations consulting
Your locations run on four systems that don’t agree.
I’m Jeremy Irons. I build the operator dashboards that pull them into one. For Primal Moves, a multi-location fitness studio, I unified Mindbody, Toast and 7shifts into a single system that shows real churn, per-member revenue and lifetime value, and a live outreach queue for the members about to walk.
Fitness & wellness studios · Med-spas · Salons · Multi-location service groups
The data is scattered.
Scheduling in one system, POS in another, staffing in a third. Every question worth asking needs all three, so nobody asks.
Nobody knows the real churn.
Renewals and actual departures look identical in the export. The number you quote is a guess, and it’s usually flattering.
Decisions get made on gut.
Not because you want it that way — because assembling the real numbers takes a week, and the decision is due today.
The proof · live client work
Primal Moves
A multi-location fitness studio with the exact problem above: memberships and classes in Mindbody, the cafe and retail register in Toast, staff scheduling in 7shifts. Three systems, three versions of the truth, no single view of the business. I built the operator dashboard that reconciles them into one.
- Real churn — true departures separated from renewals, so the retention number is one you can actually act on.
- Per-member revenue & lifetime value — what a member is genuinely worth across memberships, cafe and retail combined.
- Conversion funnels — how a first-time visitor becomes a steady member, and exactly where that path leaks.
- A live lifecycle outreach queue — who is drifting right now, surfaced in time to call them before the cancellation.
Different industry, same job
The PRS Command Center is a production and operations system I built for Punk Rock Sober, a podcast client — the full production pipeline, per-episode performance, and a live daily operational checklist their team opens every day. A different industry from Primal Moves, but the same job: scattered tools reconciled into one operator view. These are real systems shipped for real operators — Primal Moves and Punk Rock Sober — nothing invented.

Implementation
I build it and wire it into your stack — the dashboards, the integrations, the automations. Not a slide deck telling you what to do: the working system, handed over with training.

APIs change, the business grows, new questions come up. A light monthly retainer keeps the system current and adds to it as you need.

Let’s see what your numbers actually say.
Tell me what systems you’re running and the one number you wish you could trust. If I can help, I’ll tell you how. If I can’t, I’ll tell you that too.
