02 · Train the team · Workshop
Your team leaves the room with working automations — not another deck of slides.
A hands-on, team-wide AI ops session for your business. Instead of a generic "here's ChatGPT" talk, your staff watch me build 2–3 real automations for your operation, live, in the room — systems they can actually use on Monday.

What it is
Live builds, not lecturesMost AI training is a slideshow about what AI could do. This is the opposite. We spend the session inside your actual workflows — the reporting, the follow-up, the intake, whatever eats your team's week — and I build real automations in front of them, narrating every decision. By the end, your team has seen how the sausage is made and has 2–3 working systems to keep using.
Almost no other "AI consultant" can run this format, because it requires actually being able to build on the spot. That's the whole point: your team learns from watching an operator ship, not a trainer talk.
Teams of 10–20.
Owners, GMs, ops and admin staff who do the repetitive work every day and would move faster with the right automations in hand.
Businesses ready to adopt, not just learn.
You don't want your team inspired and then stuck. You want them leaving with systems already wired to your tools.
Leaders who want buy-in.
Watching automations get built live turns skeptics into users — the fastest way to get a whole team actually adopting AI.
What's included
Half day or full day- A pre-session intake — I learn your tools and top time-sinks so the builds are yours, not generic demos.
- 2–3 live automations built in the room — real systems for your operation, narrated as I build them.
- Team-wide, hands-on — up to ~20 people, working alongside, not watching from the back.
- The working automations, handed over — your team keeps and uses what we build together.
- A practical playbook — the patterns and prompts so staff can extend the work themselves.
- Full-day option — deeper curriculum and more builds for larger teams or heavier customization.
The price
Team-wide · flat feePriced for the whole team, not per seat — roughly $250–$900 a head for a 10–20 person team, and everyone leaves with working systems. Larger teams or heavy curriculum customization flex to $10,000.
Why it lands
Proof over promisesI run my own companies on the systems I teach. The operator dashboard I built for Primal Moves and the command center I run my own podcast operation on came from exactly the kind of automations we'll build in your session. Your team isn't learning theory from a slide — they're watching the same work that already runs real businesses.
- Adoption, not just awareness — teams that watch a build happen actually use what they saw.
- Working systems day one — you leave with 2–3 automations, not a reading list.
- A natural next step — the workshop surfaces the bigger builds worth doing for real.
Questions
Short versionHalf-day or full-day — which do we need?
Half-day ($5,000) suits a focused team and 2–3 targeted automations. Full-day ($9,000) fits larger teams, deeper curriculum, and more builds. If you're not sure, we'll decide together on the intro call based on your team size and goals.
Is this generic "how to use ChatGPT" training?
No. The whole session is built around your actual tools and workflows, and the automations we build are for your business — not demo toys. Your team keeps and uses them.
Do you come to us?
In person around Los Angeles, or remote for teams elsewhere — the live-build format works both ways.
What if we want to build the bigger systems after?
Great — that's often what happens. The workshop shows what's possible; the Done-For-You Implementation tier is where I build the larger, wired-into-your-stack systems for real.
Give your team systems, not slides.
Tell me your team size and the work that eats their week. I’ll tell you what we’d build live and whether a half or full day fits.
