04 · The build · Done-For-You Implementation

Not advice on what to build. The thing, shipped and wired into your stack.

This is the part 90% of “AI consultants” can only talk about. I build the automations, agents and dashboards, connect them to the tools you already run, and hand over a working system with training — the reporting bot, the lead-follow-up agent, the operator dashboard that actually runs.

Multi-location service businesses · Agencies · Professional-services firms · Operators drowning in repetitive work

What it is

Fixed-fee · shipped system

A fixed-fee build where I actually ship the system — no open-ended hourly meter, no deck of recommendations you then have to find someone to execute. You tell me the outcome; I build the automation, agent or dashboard that delivers it, integrate it with your existing stack, test it, and hand it over with the training your team needs to run it.

This is the tier the whole ladder points toward. The audit scopes it, the workshop previews it, the retainer maintains it — but this is where the repetitive work actually comes off your plate for good.

Who it's for

You know the outcome you want.

A reporting bot, a lead-follow-up agent, one dashboard that reconciles your scattered tools — a concrete result, not a vague "do some AI."

You want it built, not explained.

You're past the "should we?" stage. You want the working system in hand, integrated and running, without becoming a project manager.

The pain is worth real money.

The manual work is costing you hours every week — enough that a fixed-fee build pays for itself in saved time and captured revenue.

What's included

Scoped & fixed-fee

The price

Fixed fee · outcome-based
$10,000 single-workflow

A clean "prove one use case" build — and the $2,500 audit credits straight into it (net $7,500 to start).

$25,000–$35,000 multi-workflow

A connected AI ops system — several automations working together (e.g. reporting bot + lead-follow-up agent + ops dashboard). The most complex multi-system builds flex to $40,000.

+ $1,500 / month care

Optional but recommended — ongoing maintenance and improvements that keep the system working as things change. Roll it in as "build + first 6 months care."

The proof

Live client work

For Primal Moves, a multi-location fitness studio, I unified Mindbody, Toast and 7shifts into a single operator dashboard — real churn separated from renewals, per-member revenue and lifetime value across memberships/cafe/retail, conversion funnels, and a live outreach queue for the members about to walk. Three systems that never agreed, reconciled into one view the owner actually uses. I run my own podcast operation on the same kind of system. I don't recommend anything I haven't already shipped and run myself.

Questions

Short version
Single-workflow or multi-workflow — which do I need?

Single-workflow ($10,000) proves one high-value use case — one dashboard, one agent, one automation. Multi-workflow ($25,000–$35,000) is a connected system of several automations working together. The audit is how we decide which fits, and it credits into either.

How does the guarantee work?

Because I scope tightly via the audit, I can stand behind the outcome: if the system doesn't do what the build map specified, I fix it or you don't pay the final milestone. The risk of a fixed-fee build sits with me, not you.

Do I have to take the care retainer?

No — it's optional. But APIs change, businesses grow and new questions come up, so most clients roll in "build + first 6 months care" at $1,500/mo to keep the system healthy. You can cancel it anytime.

How does the audit credit apply?

The full $2,500 from the AI Ops Audit comes off your build if you start within 90 days — so a $10,000 single-workflow build effectively starts at $7,500.

Let’s build the thing.

Tell me the outcome you want and the systems you’re running. I’ll tell you whether it’s a single or multi-workflow build, what it takes, and what it’ll cost — a fixed number, before we start.
