01 · Start here · AI Ops Audit
See exactly where AI takes hours off your plate — before you spend a dollar building.
A paid, half-day teardown of how your business actually runs. I map where your data lives, where the repetitive work is quietly costing you, and hand you a prioritized 90-day build map — yours to keep, whether or not we build together.

What it is
Paid discovery, not a sales callThe audit is a focused working session plus a written deliverable. We sit down (in person or over a call), walk through the systems you run and the work your team repeats every week, and I pinpoint where automation and AI remove the most hours for the least effort. You leave with a concrete plan — not a vague "you should look into AI" — that any competent builder could execute, including me.
It's paid on purpose. A free discovery call attracts tire-kickers and signals low value; a paid audit means we both show up serious, and you get a roadmap worth more than what you paid for it. Most shops charge $5,000 for this and keep the fee. Mine is $2,500 — and it's 100% credited toward any build you start within 90 days.
You have real, repetitive pain.
Reporting that takes a day to assemble. Lead follow-up that slips. Data scattered across three tools that never agree. Work you'd happily pay to make disappear.
You run a real business.
$500K–$10M+ in revenue, 5–50 people, and an owner or GM who feels the ops pain personally — not a hobbyist shopping for "AI hacks."
You want a plan you can trust.
You'd rather pay for a clear-eyed teardown from an operator who ships than gamble on a build nobody scoped first.
What's included
Half day · fixed scope- A half-day working session — we walk your systems, workflows, and the numbers you wish you could trust.
- An operations teardown — where your data actually lives, and where the three-tools-that-don't-agree problem is costing you.
- A prioritized 90-day build map — the automations and systems ranked by hours saved vs. effort to build.
- Effort & impact estimates — a realistic sense of what each build costs and what it returns.
- The written deliverable — yours to keep and act on, with me or with anyone else.
- A clear recommended first build — the single highest-leverage place to start.
The price
Fixed fee · fully credited100% credited toward any implementation you start within 90 days. If we build, the audit was effectively free. If we don't, you still walk away with a roadmap worth more than $2,500.
Why trust the map
Proof over promisesI don't recommend anything I haven't already shipped and run myself. For Primal Moves, a multi-location fitness studio, I unified Mindbody, Toast and 7shifts into a single operator dashboard showing real churn, per-member revenue and lifetime value — and a live queue of the members about to walk. I run my own podcast operation (the PRS Command Center) on the same kind of system. The audit isn't theory; it's the same diagnostic I use before every build I ship.
- Grounded in real builds — the recommendations come from someone who ships the work, not just advises on it.
- Scoped, not hand-wavy — you get a build list with priorities and estimates, not a list of buzzwords.
- Risk removed — the fee credits into the build, so saying yes to the audit costs you nothing if you go further.
Questions
Short versionWhy isn't the audit free?
Because a free call attracts people who aren't serious and signals the work is worth what it costs — nothing. A paid audit means we both commit, and you leave with a roadmap you'd have paid for on its own. And the fee credits fully into a build, so it's the opposite of a sunk cost.
What does "100% credited" actually mean?
If you start any implementation with me within 90 days of the audit, the full $2,500 comes off that build's price. A $10,000 single-workflow build effectively becomes $7,500 to start.
What do I walk away with?
A written 90-day build map: your operations teardown, a prioritized list of automations ranked by hours saved vs. effort, rough cost/impact estimates, and a clear recommended first build. It's yours to act on with me or anyone else.
How long does it take?
A half-day working session, with the written map delivered shortly after. No months-long engagement to get a clear picture of where AI helps you.
Let’s see where the hours are hiding.
Tell me what systems you’re running and the one number you wish you could trust. If I can help, I’ll tell you how. If I can’t, I’ll tell you that too.
